Q How do I schedule exams?
A Citrix exams are delivered by Pearson VUE and Prometric. Check your exam provider’s website to locate a testing center in your area.
Q What do I get when I pass all exams and courses associated with a certification?
A After a candidate passes all the requirements for a certification, including the eLearning requirement, Citrix will send a certificate to the address on file in Certification Manager. In addition, a CCEA, CCIA or CCI candidate needs to accept the corresponding agreement in Certification Manager. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery within the United States and 6–8 weeks internationally.
Q Where do I track my results?
A Certification Manager tracks your exam, eLearning and certification status. Candidates and certification holders are expected to keep contact information current to receive notifications from Citrix.
Q Do beta exams count towards certification?
A Beta exams count towards certification. Advantages to taking an exam while in beta include taking the exam for free and helping to shape the final version of the exam through your feedback.

When candidates take beta exams, they do not receive their score until the beta period has been completed, the test results analyzed, and a passing score established. The duration of the beta testing period varies because it requires a minimum number of candidates (typically 50) to take the exam. Therefore, we cannot provide exact dates on when a beta exam will end its testing cycle. Once testing is complete, we will inform you of your results by mail. Also, your beta test results will be posted to Certification Manager within four business days of the exam going live.

To register for a beta exam, please contact your exam provider (Pearson VUE or Prometric).

Please email training@citrix.com to send feedback on a beta exam. Please include the beta exam number in the subject line.
Q How much do exams cost?
A Citrix exams are priced according to currency values in specific countries and regions. Exams typically cost US$100, however prices are subject to change and may vary by test provider. For current pricing, visit your exam provider’s website.
Q What do I get when I pass my exam?
A Your exam provider will provide a print out of your score.
Q Citrix Exams are available through both Pearson VUE and Prometric. Is there any important information I should consider when choosing my test provider?
A Choosing a test provider is a matter of personal preference. We offer exams with two exam providers to give our candidates broader access to our exams. The majority of Citrix exams will be available through both providers however, there may be some exceptions. Check with your test provider for more information (Pearson VUE or Prometric).
