Latest Citrix Certification Exams

In February 2008, Citrix changed the name of its Presentation Server™ product line to XenApp™
to better reflect the product’s core focus on application virtualization, and to underscore the
importance of providing customers with an end-to-end virtualization system that incorporates
servers, applications and desktops.
In alignment with the Citrix focus on application virtualization, effective April 11, 2008 the
nomenclature of Presentation Server 4.5 courses, exams and related certifications have
been updated to include the Citrix XenApp name. Please note that these updates are limited to
nomenclature, and that course/exam content and certification requirements have not changed. The
table below details the updated Presentation Server courses, exams and certifications, with new
nomenclature:

*The certification records of existing Presentation Server 4 certificants have been updated to reflect
the new certification name. Certificates with the new nomenclature can be obtained through
Certification Manager. All future certificants will receive certificates with the new nomenclature.
What to do next
• Visit Certification Manager to review the accuracy of your contact information and request
an updated certificate. If you are employed by a Citrix Partner Network organization, please
ensure that you are correctly associated as a partner.
• Update all information relevant to your XenApp certification(s), i.e. title, business cards,
stationery, etc.
